Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. Pilates is a full body workout which emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. This class is performed on the mat and frequently incorporates the use of props such as hand weights, bands, balls, etc. Open to all levels.


20/20/20

Three workouts in one! 20/20/20 will start you off with 20 minutes of low-impact cardio, followed by 20 minutes dedicated to sculpt and tone, and will finish with 20 minutes of core work and stretching.
