Aerial Flow

Participants will be guided through a sequence of grounded, floating, and inverted poses, or asanas, while using the assistance of the aerial hammock for most movements. Our aerial flow class is structured similarly to a traditional vinyasa yoga class as we link our breath to our movement. You will leave this class feeling, challenged, strong, refreshed, and relaxed. This class is great foe beginners and open to all levels.


Aerial Fusion

Aerial Fusion is a mixture of our aerial flow format combined the the strength and conditioning elements seen in fit and introduces fun aerial tricks, poses, and climbs! Challenge your mind and body as you impress yourself with your aerial skills. It is recommended that participants take 3-5 Aerial Flow classes prior to registering for fusion.
