Lauren found herself in her first yoga class 4 years ago when she was searching for an activity she could do with her chronic knee injury. She instantly fell in love with the peaceful, welcoming, and challenging environment. To her delight not only did she gain physical strength through the practice, but she discovered an outlet that alleviated her anxiety as well. Lauren wants her students to know yoga is a practice for anyone and that it’s okay to step out of your comfort zone and find unexpected joy in new experiences.
Tanya is a yoga instructor and massage therapist who enjoys using movement and touch therapy to encourage the world to FEEL. She believes the perfect yoga practice is one that feels good enough to get us out of our heads and more attuned to our energetic selves. While not doing yoga or massage, Tanya is likely to be with her husband and daughter, reading, or dreaming up her next vacation.
Debbie has been in the wellness industry for over 18 years. She is a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, reflexologist, and also holds certifications in Thai yoga and Tai Chi rehabilitation. Her background in Tai Chi can be seen in her teaching style as she guides you through postures with careful intention. Debbie belives yoga is so much more than going through the physical poses, it is about turning focus to the inner body, connecting the mind and spirit. Debbie’s motto is “How you are on the mat is how you are in life.”
